The Bullitt Center Tops Green Goals, with Energy to Spare
More proof that Metal Sales exterior building cladding saves energy:
According to the Bullitt Foundation, the Bullitt Center is "is running so efficiently that tenants paid nothing for electricity and the building generated 60 percent more than it used."
The Bullitt Center features 18,000 square-feet of Metal Sales 20 gauge TLC-1 wall panels. The panels have a long life span, are 100% recyclable and contain a high percentage of recycled material. These sustainable attributes contribute to the goals of the Bullitt Center consistent with its participation in the Living Building Challenge.
Metal Sales is the first metal panel manufacturer to be included in the rigorous and exclusive Declare™ program, which is operated by the International Living Future Insititute.
